The Liberal Democrats want a new style Council Tax with a levy of 1% on the house value each year. There are those who see a house as an investment - clearly Lib Dems do - but for most of us it is just 'our little spot which we call home'. This will effectively DOUBLE Council Tax for everybody.They have another clever plan to double the cost of motoring. I do love to see these self destructive urges from a party which is 'political correctness on a stick'. I urge them to carry on "thinking the unthinkable" so the electorate will "think them unelectable".
Let us not forget this week's figures which show that their pet EU costs every individual £873 per annum in this country.
The LIb Dems love ideas but despise people. Added to their anti Christian bias, already shown on this Blog, it is hard to see how they can expect any votes from practising Christians ever again.
