Those young enough to know only of the horrors of Blair and the ineptitude of Brown might be surprised to learn that the UK has had a worse Prime Minister than these two combined - and not so many years ago and he was a tory. Cast your eyes onto the odious ... the egregious .... the mendacious .... the ineffective .....the totally dripping wet ... the treasonous Edward Heath.
