Crime Doubled in Humberside.

Humberside Police was formed at the end of the 1970s and it was today reported that they are now dealing with TWICE as much crime as way back then. (Radio Humberside.)
Clearly - 'softly, softly' policing may or may not be working but 'softly, softly' sentencing has been an unsurprising and catastrophic failure.
