Minimum Alcohol Pricing Definitely Hits Ordinary People.

A minimum price for alcohol could add more than £200 a year to the average family's grocery bill, a report found.
Ministers are proposing to impose a 40p minimum price on booze as a way of combatting binge drinking.
But an analysis paper by researchers at the Institute for Fiscal Studies found it will also hit drinkers.
