Without ever really criticising, it attempted to paint a mildly disturbing picture of the only party to be pretty much at ease with itself. He would no doubt argue that this was 'his perception' but frankly, I thought it to be a subtle hatchet job.This is a regular Daily Telegraph tactic and one which may be expected to be found increasingly in The Mail - but happily, not in The Express.
Sadly, this is what you would have been expecting from leftist rags.
