No Excuse Whatsoever To Vote Tory!

Lord Deben (formerly John Selwyn Gummer MP) believes that Conservatives who want to exit the EU are simply "xenophobes". Proper Tories, he avers, are naturally pro-EU, "don't deny climate change, (and) can distinguish populism from politics".
