Thugs who swigged beer as they tortured to death a little girl's stolen pet rabbit, in the bath, then posted the video online have somehow escaped jail.' I agree that they should not have been jailed - they should have been beaten until their backs were raw but in the absence of that facility, the highest punishments possible should have been awarded.
