Eoin Morgan - Why?

Are the selectors being deliberately obtuse? Cook did not merit his place in the squad of fifteen on grounds of poor form and some substandard captaincy. Meanwhile, Eoin's captaincy record is weak and his batting was worse than that of Cook.
