Archbishop's 'hypocrisy' in call to pay all the living wage after it emerges the Church of England pays less to some of its own staff

Where does he get his information from? - He may be right but frankly, I doubt it. In recent years, the very heartbeat of our nation has been small and medium businesses. They have struggled to keep on staff let alone give difficult percentage increases based on a slight upturn. What happens if, within a year, the business drops back? - Pay cuts do NOT make people happy and I know whereof I speak!
