Suspected Islamist attacks kill 44 in Nigeria.

Boko Haram is suspected of being behind the killing of at least 44 people last weekend in Jos, Nigeria. Two bombs exploded in the city, in a restaurant and in a mosque. The attacks bring the total killed in recent atrocities to over 200. Boko Haram, which usually operates further north-east of Jos, was responsible for the kidnapping of the Chibok schoolgirls in 2014. Last week, the BBC broadcast an interview with the parents of a Christian girl who was martyred by the group. Christian Concern.
