Petrol & Diesel Prices In Spain.

I note that there is excitement in the UK that fuel prices have, in many locations, fallen to under a pound per litre. Recently, in Spain, I spotted that petrol could be found at just over 70p per litre and diesel at just under. (Against this backcloth, I see that Osborne is planning yet another tax hike on motorists.)
