Abusers of Parole?

Anyone who commits offences when out of jail on licence (on parole) should automatically lose all entitlement to 'release on licence' in the future.
I have just heard on Radio Humberside of a burglar with seven previous prison terms for burglary released on licence who committed a range of burglaries within 48 hours of release. How many hundreds or even thousands of crimes do these sentences represent? (And, of course, they do not even include the times when he was not caught.) He was sent down for three and a half years. For such an habitual criminal - why not fifteen years?
Burglars cause great misery to ordinary people. They should start being properly punished!
Last year, I visited an old lady who has been a target of burglars in Darnall, Sheffield. She was living in constant fear. I want it to be the criminals living in fear!

Many Thanks GB News.
