Cassius Clay was certainly one of the most pleasing of
heavyweight boxers to watch and brought innovations to the sport. His style was
a pleasure to see. His boxing demonstrated intelligence of a high order.
Similarly too, he was perhaps the single most
dramatic, larger-than-life figure the noble art of fisticuffs has ever
seen.
The trouble is, that in his 61 fights - he lost FIVE.
That is roughly one fight in every twelve.
