HAS To Be Prosecuted But What Do YOU Think Is Going To Happen? - (Yup. Me too!)

No ‘Ifs’ or ‘Buts’ … Racist Female Hate Crime Protestor Should Be Prosecuted.

Published Jan 27, 2018
A female protestor who waved a poster saying ‘No Country for Old WHITE MEN’ at a recent (supposed) anti-racism protest in London, should be prosecuted, says UKIP’s Shadow Cabinet Member for Home Affairs.
Richard Bingley said: “This is disgusting and debased remark to put on a public poster. If a similar remark was made about any other ethnicity, or age group for that matter, then the lunatic waving it would have been immediately removed, arrested and subsequently prosecuted.”
The poster is handwritten but was, ironically, hoisted alongside an official printed Socialist Alliance ‘No To Racism’ placard.
Mr Bingley added: “We can only assume that the organisers - the very same ideological puppets of Jeremy Corbyn - have no common-sense or social conscience whatsoever. They should have removed this ridiculous individual and that shocking poster immediately. And then publicly apologised.
“The sad thing is, that if they literally applied their logic, and banned ‘old white men’ from Britain, then their very own ideological Godfather, Jeremy Corbyn (68), would have to pack his bags and leave.”
According to Mr Bingley, there are at least two possible breaches of UK law:
Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986
A section 5 offence comprises two elements:
1. A person must (a) use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or (b) display any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting; and
2. The words or behaviour, or writing, sign of other visible representation must be within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.
According to some published legal experts (Wingfield: 2012) “Unique amongst the public order offences in the Act, section 5 requires no proof of any intention, nor that any person actually be caused harassment, alarm or distress, only that the act took place within the hearing or sight of a person "likely" to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.”
Hate Incidents and Hate Crime
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and UK police services have recently agreed a common definition of “hate incidents”.
According to the CPS, something is a “hate incident” if the victim or anyone else think it was motivated by hostility or prejudice based on one of the following things:
·         disability
·         race
·         religion
·         transgender identity
·         sexual orientation.
Furthermore, “hate incidents” can occur from a variety of methods including displaying or circulating discriminatory literature or posters”, say the Citizens Advise Bureau, who have written an online guide about UK policing and CPS intentions in relation to discrimination.

Children Sacrificed To False Ideology.

Don’t be fooled by the scientific-sounding jargon. Transgender ideology is just that: an ideology—and it’s one that’s endangering lives. Stay tuned to BreakPoint.
What do you do, as a Christian, when someone cites a “scientific study” allegedly proving that transgender kids do well with hormone therapy and sex reassignment surgery? Well, you’ve got to ask questions.
That’s certainly the right strategy for a  new $5.7 million study just commissioned by the National Institutes of Health.
Writing at Public Discourse, Jane Robbins and Erin Tuttle predict that this study, once completed, will become the go-to evidence for supporters of so-called “affirmation therapy.” In other words, it will be used to support chemically and surgically altering the developing and healthy bodies of children, to make them look like those of the opposite sex.
The study’s methodology, authors, and stated purpose all make it clear that it’s crafted to produce a predetermined conclusion: that “transgender affirmation therapy is safe and effective for gender-dysphoric youngsters.” The study’s authors all but admit this, writing in their abstract that their goal is “to use cross-sex hormones in order to induce development of desired secondary sexual characteristics that bring the body into closer alignment with the youth’s internal sense of gender.”
Notice the appropriateness of altering a child’s body to harmonize with his or her preferred gender is just assumed; it’s not evaluated. And this assumption is destructive, even sometimes deadly.
Let’s be clear about what “affirmation therapy” really means: Children are given high doses of puberty-suppressing drugs. Doctors then flood their systems with testosterone or estrogen to induce the formation of opposite-sex characteristics like breasts in males and facial hair in females. Some patients, partway through this process, will undergo “sex-reassignment surgery” in which their internal and even external genitals are removed or remodeled.
This so-called “treatment” will render them infertile for life and can create a host of side-effects, like cancer, infections, gallbladder diseases, and spikes in blood pressure. There is also no long-term research on how these high doses of hormones affect bodies in the long run—bodies that weren’t designed to handle them in the first place.
There is, however, abundant data on the psychological damage of medically “transitioning.” One study from Great Britain found that 20 percent of patients who’d undergone this procedure regretted it. Walt Heyer, a man who formerly lived as a transgender woman and now identifies with his biological sex once again, thinks that’s a serious underestimation.
He cites research showing that 41 percent of post-operative patients attempt suicide, 90 percent have a “significant form of psychopathology,” and half have depressive symptoms.
The NIH is apparently ignoring all this, and it’s clear even at this early stage that they’ve got a conclusion in search of an argument. All four of the doctors and clinics selected to conduct the research are deeply invested in transgender ideology. Two already conduct irreversible hormonal transitions, sometimes on children as young as 14 years old. And one calls therapies aimed at reconciling kids with their biological sex “dangerous.”
But what’s truly dangerous is that this deeply unscientific project will not only harm the children involved, it’s largely unnecessary. Robbins and Tuttle cite research showing that 80 to 90 percent of gender dysphoric children will accept their biological sex by late adolescence. In other words, they often grow out of it.
Yet the NIH is paying for research—with our tax dollars—to engrave these feelings irreversibly on children’s bodies—all at a time when they’re too young to fully understand the consequences.
Like almost everything, this comes down to worldview. Transgender activists believe that feelings define people. And if our feelings are out-of-sync with our bodies, then our bodies must change—through any chemical or surgical means necessary.
But beginning with this conclusion and then crafting a study to prove it isn’t science. In fact, it’s more like a religion that’s demanding child sacrifice.

A Corbynista students group is facing a major backlash after jibing that the Queen should be executed like King Charles.
The University of Liverpool Labour society posted on Twitter hailing the anniversary of the former monarch being beheaded 369 years ago.
The message added: 'Happy #RegicideDay, comrades! We did it once, we can do it once again.'
The swipe sparked anger, with a senior Tory MP accusing the students of being 'ignorant' of history and saying they should 'get a life'.

Hey! Let's Persecute Motorists!

More inequality for the over-taxed British motorist?

Published Jan 25, 2018
Plans to charge road users of the basis of their age or financial means could be a breach of equalities legislation, according to UKIP transport spokesman Jill Seymour.
She was responding to a report from the Association for Consultancy and Engineering, which suggests people should be taxed on the basis of when, where and how they use the roads.
The group, which represents companies involved in designing the UK’s transport infrastructure, says current toll fees and congestion charges are failing, because revenue from these taxes is ‘drying up’.
It suggests road use charges should be varied to take into account drivers’ personal circumstances – such as their age, financial means, and the time of day they are on the roads.
Mrs Seymour said: “It is illegal to discriminate against a person based on their age, so I’m concerned that these proposals would be a breach of equalities legislation.
“But that’s not my only concern. It sounds like the authorities want big brother to be watching us wherever we go – and smacks of panic from a Government worried about falling tax revenues.
“We’re told there is currently a £15 billion investment in the road network – but huge parts of the country don’t see a penny of it.
“Much of this is being spent on things like smart motorways, which have no proven business case, while potholes and crumbling country lanes remain neglected.”
She added: “Motorists do not resent paying their fair share, but they want to see the money they are spending being ploughed back into the network, for their benefit. That’s not been happening for decades.
“The idea of means-testing drivers on the basis of whether they are students, pensioners or unemployed is a knee-jerk measure as more motorists cut their tax bills by using zero or low-emission vehicles.
“Let’s not forget, motorists are already paying huge taxes every time they fill up with fuel – so those that use the roads the most, are already paying the most.
I challenge the Government to reveal how much of the money received from fuel duty and excise tax goes back into maintaining Britain's road network. I suspect it would be a very small percentage.
“It seems to me that, far from making things fairer for car owners, there’s a danger these latest plans could simply price them off the roads, or frighten them away from car ownership.”
Mrs Seymour added: “We also need to remember that, for many people living outside big towns and cities, the lack of practical public transport means they have no alternative but to use their cars to get to work.
“Let’s make sure there are viable and practical alternatives in place for everyone, before trying to penalise them for taking what they currently feel is their only option.”

CCTV Is A Must In ALL Abattoirs.

All abattoirs must have CCTV demand UKIP after Halal workers plead guilty.

Published Jan 24, 2018
The appalling case where abattoir workers at the £29m per annum Hallal slaughterhouse in North Yorkshire have pleased guilty to animal cruelty after film of their horrific behaviour was brought to light has lead to calls for a rapid change in legislation.
UKIP Agriculture spokesman, Stuart Agnew MEP said,
"It is incidents such as this that test the tolerance of the British people towards those of other cultures. UKIP has long had a policy of installing CCTV into abattoirs to ensure that the law on religious slaughter is observed.
"The individuals pictured in the films is a disgrace to his community which I hope will stridently condemn their actions."
The UKIP policy dates back to our manifesto of 2015 and was reiterated last year.
It applies to all slaughterhouses in the UK, both religious and secular.

When Churches Grow.

When churches grow
FavouriteShare

Contrary to popular opinion, the Church is not on its deathbed. Sam Hailes tells positive stories of growth from across the UK
When Premier Christianity asked for stories of thriving UK congregations on our social media channels, we had a huge response. Reports of churches doing well don’t usually hit the headlines, but in villages, towns and cities right across the nation, there are many reasons to be hopeful.
Some groups are experiencing substantial growth, such as HTB’s church-planting network and Pentecostal denominations such as the Redeemed Christian Church of God, which now boasts 800 churches throughout the UK. But increase always begins at the local level. Here are three stories of individual churches seeing amazing growth in a variety of ways.

1.  Multisite growth: The Beacon Church, Stafford beaconinternationalcentre.org

When Alex Harris arrived in Stafford, he was sceptical about pushing the Beacon Church towards a multisite model (he was put off by a past experience where the strategy had “crashed and burned”). But after meeting a congregation who were already passionate about reaching out to the community with the gospel, Harris has pressed ahead and seen significant results. Over the past five years, the Beacon has thrived under his leadership, growing from 70 to 500 people.
“In many ways I’ve not done anything other than catalyse what’s there,” Harris says, referring to the church’s “amazing mission-focused culture”.
I’ve escorted people off the premises because they already go to another church
But talk of church growth is often met with scepticism – why focus on numbers? And how much growth is due to Christians moving church, rather than non-believers coming to faith?
“I say to folk ‘we count people because people count’,” Harris replies, adding, “We’re confident a very high proportion is genuine Christian growth. We’re very rigorous in not allowing people who are in another church to come to us – to the point I’ve escorted people off the premises because they say they already go to another church!”
Today the 40-year-old pastor oversees seven services across multiple locations. With a focus on meeting people where they are, the church has a Wednesday lunchtime congregation on a technology park, and a newly launched ‘Pub-church’ once a month.
The vision is to have 20 congregations by 2020. But Harris is clear that the only reason he’s adopted this multisite model is because “It’s working…it wins people for Jesus.
“Churches don’t matter at all, they’re just the mechanism by which people are won for Jesus. When it stops working, we’ll stop doing it.”
Each congregation has an upper limit of 100 people. Harris says he’s trying to “have our cake and eat it” by marrying the benefits of small church (“intimate, relationally strong, your contribution matters”) with big church (“finances, staffing, influence”).
The dominant metaphor Harris uses for Church is that of an army at war. “It’s not language everyone is comfortable with,” he admits.
“We aren’t taking the church on a journey where there’s comfort. We don’t shy away from expecting people to live with a wartime mentality, not a peacetime mentality.
“We’re not bothered about doing church well. We’re bothered about doing evangelism and discipleship well. Half of our congregations don’t have a PA sound system. There’s someone at the front with a Bible and if they have to, they shout.”
As the only paid elder of a fastgrowing church, Harris says he must carefully prioritise his time. This means often having to say no. “I don’t parachute in to rescue anything other than Bible teaching,” he explains.
This approach applies to his pastoral ministry too. “People will ring me up and say, ‘Can you visit me?’ If it’s not to do with death or adultery I just say no.
“We have other ways of doing pastoral care,” he explains. “But your General doesn’t put your band aid on. “A Christian who needs pastoral care will be in heaven. A nonChristian who needs evangelising is on a journey to hell. I know that’s really black and white. Pastoral care is vitally important, but it’s not vitally important for the leader. It’s important for the church. The Bible is full of ‘one another’ verses. That’s where the pastoral care should happen.”
The emphasis on mission appears to be working for the Beacon. And Harris believes church leaders in general need to be “massively more risk-taking, dangerous and out there on the edge”.
“What’s the worst that could happen? Beacon Church goes bankrupt or goes bang? Ninety-nine point nine per cent of the Christians will start going to another church. But what’s the best that could happen? Twenty brand-new churches reaching 20 new demographics who otherwise would not be reached by 2020. The cost-benefit analysis is a no-brainer!”

2. Young growth: SPAC Nation, London spacministry.org

SPAC Nation (the acronym stands for Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church) began with just five Christians meeting in a council flat in Peckham. Ten years later, the church now regularly gathers 1,000 people on a Sunday morning, many of whom are young African-Caribbean millennials.
In explaining why this is, assistant pastor Rev Dapo Adegboyega says: “We are not a conventional church.
“God gave our senior pastor, Tobi Adegboyega, a unique vision and a heart to help and support people. In many of our services there are those who were in gangs and on drugs now on fire for Christ. They’ve had appropriate mentorship – that’s one of the things we’re heavily into.”
Rev Dapo explains young people with a criminal record feel “rejected by society” because after serving time in prison, it’s hard to find employment. That’s where SPAC Nation has helped. The church hasn’t just offered spiritual guidance, but practical investment. They say more than £2m has been given to individuals to help them start businesses.
“Every young person you see on the streets in crime or drugs – their main aim is to just make money. The moment you can give them an alternative to street life which still makes them money, you become their hero.
“These are guys who are talented and gifted but the system doesn’t give them a chance because they’ve been involved in crime. We don’t just pray for them, we seek practical ways to get involved, to invest in them. Many of them we send back to school, to university or provide housing for. This has become the hallmark for what SPAC Nation is about.”
Rev Dapo has many testimonies to share of lives changed: 18-year-old Sam was convicted of burglary and sentenced to four years in prison. After he was released, Sam found it difficult to find work and get his life back on track. He was introduced to Pastor Tobi and the two started what is now a highly successful recruitment business. The church say they have many ‘criminal to hero’ stories like these.
Rev Dapo believes the practical mentorship SPAC Nation provides is lacking elsewhere. Arguing that other churches have preached an “impotent” gospel, he says the Christian message should “empower people” and have relevance to a person’s finances, career and community life.
“It’s not just about coming to church and hearing the word of God. The word of God is supposed to produce results and lead to something,” he says.
But the leadership’s focus on business isn’t the only unusual aspect of the ministry. The church doesn’t currently have a fixed location, instead meeting in different venues each Sunday. They’re describing themselves as “on tour”.
When asked why they’ve adopted this model, Rev Dapo replies: “We believe the church is supposed to be dynamic and not just in one place, locked up 95 per cent of the time and only used on a Sunday morning. And we believe there is a lot of harvest around London. In the last six weeks we’ve been in Hackney, Shoreditch, Bankside, Croydon, Westminster and Chelsea.”
We don’t just pray for them, we seek practical ways to invest in them
When pushed, Rev Dapo admits the church would like to have buildings in the future. But he believes the church has been right to prioritise financial investment in people, rather than places. “We want to build lives, not buildings. Christianity is about life, not a building.”

3. Community Growth: Saturday Gathering, Halifax christianstogether.org.uk/saturdaygathering

When Linda Maslen started volunteering at her local foodbank, she had no idea that it would culminate in her becoming an ordained vicar who leads one of the fastest-growing churches in Yorkshire.
It all started when the Christians volunteering at the Halifax foodbank began to offer to pray for people. People would often request prayer for miraculous provision or physical healing.
“The amazing thing about praying in that environment was you could pretty much guarantee God would answer those prayers,” Maslen recalls.
“People would come back and asked to be prayed for again! And naturally people would say, ‘Who is this God?’ So we’d share our faith.” As people became Christians, Maslen would take them to local churches. But it didn’t go well.
“We assume people know when to stand up and sit down. We assume that people know not to answer preacher’s rhetorical questions, let alone with the language you might use on the streets! We sing the songs set for us. We don’t bounce up and say, ‘I don’t like that song, can we have a different one?’ All of these things happened when we took people to church.
“We also realised the language Christians use is completely different – ‘mercy’, ‘grace’, ‘confession’, ‘sin’. They aren’t normal words. Even though our congregation loved that we were taking people in and lives were changing, the relationships were really difficult. You had people who had been living really chaotic lives.”
Various attempts to encourage these new Christians into existing churches were trialled, but they all failed. Later, at the New Wine festival, Maslen had a vision for a new form of church. Out of this came what’s known today as the Saturday Gathering.
Explaining the format, Maslen says: “We would only ever talk about Jesus. We would gather around food because we knew our people were often hungry. And we would use modern worship songs that led to an encounter with God and a place of peace. We found through the worship God would heal, restore and renew.”
Six people came to the first meeting. A few weeks later, numbers were reaching 30. Maslen recalls: “It was chaotic! There were times when you wouldn’t know if it was the Holy Spirit’s power or drugs and alcohol. It was noisy; people would wander in and out. People would go out for a smoke halfway through the talk.”
Despite these challenges the Saturday Gathering has grown dramatically over four years. Maslen and the team have baptised almost 150 people and launched two extra meetings.
“Our growth strategy is we plant out in the community and look for people who are not in church. We are not interested in people moving from a church to us,” Maslen explains.
Just six weeks into the project, Maslen was offered funding by the local police. “They recognised, even at that early stage, we were taking people who were difficult off the streets on a Saturday night, which was making their job easier.
The team have baptised almost 150 people
“A little while after that the council said, ‘How can we help you?’ We now have a building which the council gives us for £1 a year! In the winter we run a shelter in the basement and on the ground level we have a commercial kitchen and café area for ‘pay as you’re able’ café three nights a week. We’ve also got funding for three part-time support workers.”
Today, the Saturday Gathering officially operates as an ecumenical ‘Fresh Expression’, which Maslen has oversight of as part of her role as an ordained Anglican minister.
Looking back to when she was simply praying for people in the foodbank, Maslen says: “The thing that made me stop and question was I could be praying for someone who had a slipped disc in their back on the Saturday at the drop-in. And as you prayed you could see God heal it. But I’d go to church the next morning and pray for the exact same stuff for somebody and it didn’t get healed.
“Theologically you think, ‘What on earth is going on here?’ I don’t think God cares any less for any of us. But there’s such a softness in his heart towards the people who are brokenhearted and those who are at the bottom of the pile. When we ask for his intervention for those people, he can’t wait to heal those people and touch them.”

May's "Negligence" Over Law Enforcement Cuts.

May's "Negligence" Over Law Enforcement Cuts.

Published Jan 26, 2018
According to data released this week, almost every area of reported crime has risen, in a large part due to taxpayers' money being diverted overseas, say UKIP.
Richard Bingley, UKIP's Home Affairs spokesperson said:

"Since 2010 our police, crown prosecutors, and prisons staff have been cut beyond recognition. This week's sad and depressing crime data shows us that law-enforcement budget cuts have tragic human consequences."

Concurrently, approximately £20bn per year was sent annually, from our UK taxes, either to the EU, or non-emergency overseas aid schemes. Under the Tories this pattern is set to continue for at least three years... despite British people voting in 2016 for Brexit!

Mr Bingley added:

"Our country is literally is a position where it has become the norm for serious crime to go uninvestigated and unpunished. Literally half our annual tax cash (£10bn) that was sent overseas, could actually have been used at home to retain our police, prosecutors and prisons. We could even have recruited more and awarded fair pay rises."

This week's data shows that in London:

Knife crime rose 23%
Robberies up 30%
Burglary up 14%
Killings up 19%

Across the UK, ONS report:

Firearms offences up 20%
Knife crime up 21%
Robbery up 29%
Domestic Burglary up 32%

Since 2010, Theresa May's cuts to our law-enforcement include:

Crown Prosecution Service cut by 2,400 (25%)
Police Officers cut by 21,000 (20%)
Firearms officers cut from 6976 to 5639

Mr Bingley added:

"Thanks to seven years of Theresa May and David Cameron, our country now has the same amount of police than we did back in 1985. But our population is around 10 million more people. This is an historic scandal of Government negligence."

UKIP call for Labour to be prosecuted under Racial Equality Law.

Published Jan 24, 2018
Following the announcement buy the Equalities and Human Rights Commission that described the Labour Party's differential pricing based on race, UKIP have called for prosecution under equality legislation.
UKIP Spokesman Ernie Warrender said "As someone who has been at the butt end of years of ignorant mindless Labour supporters making completely unfounded allegations of racism I cannot deny that there is some schadenfreude watching the Labour Party itself acting in a way that even the Equalities and Human Rights Commission describe as "unlawful discrimination".
"However what is clear is that the decision of labour to act in what looks like a clearly racist way is driven by their commitment to group, rather than individual identity.
"No matter how rich someone is, if they are from the BAME community they are discriminated against, and if you are white, no matter how poor, you are advantaged. This leads Labour to idiocies such as this.
"Paying those they have discriminated refunds is just the start of it, they need prosecuting under the law and a root and branch reform of their complete approach to race relations".

Brussels Faces Czechxit Vote

Published Jan 27, 2018
Expansionist eurocrats were rocked today as MiloÅ¡ Zeman was re-elected to the Czech presidency.
Richard Bingley, a regional security specialist, as well as UKIP's spokesperson for Home Affairs, said:

"Mr Zeman committed to an EU membership referendum in last Thursday's national TV debate. Of course, we'll see how the Czech people vote. But today's result is a seismic boost for all of us pro-democracy, anti-EU campaigners. It will also send shockwaves across to expansionist EU institutions and their bullying bureaucrats."

Mr Zeman bravely blocked the Czech Republic's planned entry into the Eurozone during his first term. During TV presidential debates this time around he committed to hold an EU membership referendum. EU sceptism is rife in the Czech Republic where people are proud of their national identity, keep their economy relatively debt-free and remain scarred from the tyranny of German and Soviet imperialism.

President Zeman defeated pro-Euro academic Jiří Drahoš in a second-round run-off held today and yesterday.
