Let's swap quality for the fifth rate; let us fail to educate working class kids so that they can miss out on 'the better things in life'.
This is the same lowest-common-denominator rubbish which wants to remove Shakespeare from curricula because he happens to have been white and didn't speak in 'estuary English'.
