£39 Billion? - Nope!

Roughly £30 billion of the monies Mrs May was prepared to offer to Brussels in exchange for - well, nothing at all - we did not owe.
We do actually owe well under £10 billion for commitments made. It would be rank dishonesty to withhold the lower figure.
