Voters will wipe out shambolic Labour
Conference season is showing us the sublime and the ridiculous of party politics all at once.
While the Brexit Party held rallies packed full of people putting the country's interest before those of their party, the Labour conference in Brighton is a shambolic, narcissistic and poisonous gathering which has underlined why Jeremy Corbyn should never be allowed near Downing Street.
It began with a ludicrous attempt by those close to Mr Corbyn to get rid of his deputy Tom Watson.The fact that the move ended in failure perhaps more than anything shows how ineffectual the Corbyn regime really is.
Then when we look at the array of mediocrity speaking on the first day, we realise that the party of Attlee,Wilson and even Blair is long gone.
No wonder Nigel Farage is confident about winning Labour seats.
This may not be Labour's last conference but with an election likely it could be its last as a political force. Express.
