Like Hitler in the Second World War, Kaiser Wilhelm The Second was hugely anti-capitalist. It would be tricky to label Bill a socialist but so many of his despotic instincts bizarrely pointed in that direction.
Both men misused capitalism to serve their own purposes. Hitler, even if he opposed Soviet communism, was still a socialist. His party's name of National SOCIALIST was definitely no accident.
Both were extreme warmongers even if fashionable, historical revisionism currently tries - in vain - to portray Germany as a mere victim of Balkan politics at the commencement of WW1.
