Many more understand, however, over decades, how these monies have been frittered away, wasted, misspent, misdirected, stolen by dictators and given to countries operating space programmes and which are developing nuclear weapons.
0.7% to 0.5% can easily be achieved without any distress whatsoever to the poor and destitute of the world. Properly targeted, there really is no problem.
