The man killed two gulls before impaling one on a fence in Sunderland.
Blogger: to be frank - I do not know if this man killed out of malice, cruelty or because he was motivated by a more rounded view of the world than that of his accusers.
What I do know is that there are many invasive species in this nation which would once have been controlled but are now allowed to continue, unchallenged, along their destructive path.
(In some places this can - and should - include gulls.)
