Diversity v Integration.

Back in the 60s and 70s, with many immigrants hitting the shores of the UK - the cry from the left was for 'integration'. This was also embraced by very many local people.

Morally, this was the only way to go. Over generations, many from Africa, The Caribbean and also those in the Jewish Community wanted to be British but not to forget their roots.
Super.
However, countless members of certain communities have categorically refused to integrate - and have since continued with this attitude over at least four generations. The left's highly moral stance shifted and a new weasel word was introduced to cover this monstrous conduct.
That word is 'diversity' - a dangerous word and one which is wholly antithetical to 'integration'. It encourages groups not to integrate and parrots this toxic attitude as a social positive when all it can do is create division and social unrest.
The average voter has had this happen to him/her so gradually that the progression of this word has now wholly found its insidious way into a Tory Party who also do not seem to recognise what has been happening, and indeed, have failed to recognise any problem at all.
Do these people not see that when you add current uncontrolled immigration into this fiery mix - there will be an inevitable rise in the appalling hard right - something which we have been happily without since the demise of the wretched National Front?
