Two fans of the actress Ana de Armas have been given permission to sue a film studio for cutting her role out of the film Yesterday despite her featuring in the trailer.
Conor Woulfe and Peter Michael Rosza accused Universal Studios of false representation and fraud in January after they paid $3.99 to rent the 2019 film about a struggling musician who discovers he is the only person in the world who remembers the Beatles.
