USA: Oh Dear. What Would The Founding Fathers Have Thought? (I think we know, don't we?)

Across the country, a quiet retreat is underway. Organizations that spent years embedding progressive ideology into every mission statement and hiring manual are suddenly discovering the delete key. DEI pages vanish overnight.

Pledges to “gender inclusivity” evaporate like morning fog. Americans made themselves clear — we don’t want this shoved down our throats — and the institutions are scrambling. Funny how quickly “deeply held values” disappear when the donor calls start dropping off.

But here’s the thing: scrubbing a website isn’t the same as changing a policy. And one of America’s most trusted youth organizations just proved it.

The YMCA — yes, that YMCA, the one generations of American families trusted with their children — quietly deleted a pledge from its website recognizing “gender identity” as a priority for inclusion.

The scrub came after The Daily Wire reported on a campaign by the American Parents Coalition warning parents to investigate their local YMCA’s transgender policies before enrolling kids in summer camp.

This wasn’t the first time, either. Last year, the YMCA pulled similar guidance after the same parent group raised alarms. A pattern is emerging, and it isn’t one of reform. It’s one of concealment. Alleigh Marré, the Coalition’s executive director, didn’t mince words:

From The Daily Wire:

“The YMCA continues to get caught embedding gender ideology into its national infrastructure and is desperately trying to scrub the evidence and rebrand overnight. Hiding the language doesn’t erase the policies they are promoting. Parents deserve the truth, not deletions.”

She’s right. And the proof is sitting right there in the local camp policies they didn’t bother to touch.

Judgment.
