In 2003 it was declared that cannabis smoking could lead to 30,000 deaths annually.This may well have been hype and hyperbole, but I note that it was reported today that hospital admissions for cannabis abuse have doubled since Labour came into power.
It was of course, Mr Blunkett who listened to the dopeheads [and also non-members of the cabinet] before demonstrating extreme folly by reclassifying this highly dangerous but seemingly innocuous weed as a 'Class C' drug.
