Just when you think that the liberal left cannot get any more stupid, they prove to you that there are even greater depths of idiocy to which they can descend.In Preston, groups consisting of teenagers and assorted kiddies as young as ten, are being arranged into four 'man' panels who will judge their peers who have committed serious offences!
