ID cards - a disaster waiting to happen.

So. The government in all its efficient wonder, has just lost, mislaid or had stolen the personal details of a mere 25 million people, thus making literally millions vulnerable to identity fraud.
What a tremendous advert for their proposed ID cards! [Tony's idea - Gordon carries it on. ]
Remember the mantra? - "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about."?
