'A LEADING policeman yesterday demanded that antisocial yobs should stop being cuddled and locked up instead.Sergeant Richard Sainsbury said he is sick of seeing serial offenders let back out on the streets after being given a “nice talking to” and “cuddles” rather than jail.
The no-nonsense policeman, who this year was
