'Foreign criminals who should no longer be in Britain are committing murders, kidnaps and rapes after the Government failed to deport them, it emerged yesterday.
A leaked Home Office report reveals that the deportation shambles which began under Labour is nowhere close to being fixed, with 4,238 foreign criminals earmarked for deportation currently ‘non detained’ – Government jargon for free.'
