Concern Over Tory 'Smoke & Mirrors' Receding?

The tory plan to pretend that the EU can be changed and that acquis commaunitaire is not actually a problem seems to be unravelling.
Why? - So many people are turning to Ukip which suggests that it just isn't working!
Of course, much of this consists of protest votes but ... so what?
