Answers in Genesis UK/Europe invites you to our Prepared to Answer (P2A) event at Homerton Baptist Church in London on Saturday 5th April 2014, featuring talks by Prof. Stuart Burgess, Simon Terry, Simon Turpin and our chairman, Rev. Ian McNaughton. This event is a helpful, one-day conference for those interested in speaking on the relevance of Genesis and creation, writing articles or just getting the in-depth information necessary for conversations and witness. We will also be updating attendees on the latest developments for the UK MEGA Conference in September. Bur. 6:00PM   Finish   ***Please note: programme may be subject to minor changes.*** About the Speakers...   Prof. Stuart Burgess (BSc(Eng), PhD, CEng, FIMechE) has taught engineering design at Cambridge University and Bristol University in the UK. He has won many awards for engineering design. He has seven patents and carried out design projects for parts of rockets and spacecraft for the European Space Agency. Stuart is an associate speaker with Answers in Genesis. Simon Terry studied for four years at the University of Wales College Newport. In 2000 he qualified as a junior school teacher but decided to enter the mission field of London, spending several years there, working on two housing estates. Simon has co-written an article in our Answers Magazine and features on the DVD Genesis: The Big Picture. For the past few years he has been working as a missionary in four parts of Leicestershire. Simon Turpin works in full time ministry for an independent evangelical church in St. Albans. He holds a B.A in Theology & Intercultural Studies from All Nations Bible College and is currently studying for his M.A in Theological and Pastoral Studies. He has written several articles for Answers Research Journal some of which include: The Importance of an Historical Adam and Jesus, Scripture and Error: An Implication of Theistic Evolution. Rev. Ian McNaughton is Chairman of Answers in Genesis (UK/Europe) and has been a Board member since 1993. He is a Bible teacher and preacher, and he holds a Th.M degree from Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia. He co-authored the book Darwin & Darwinism: 150 years later & Opening Up Colossians And Philemon (DayOne). He has had articles published in Reformation Today and the Evangelical Times.
