Chelsea: A Disgrace?

The current Chelsea first team squad list,contains just two English players among the 24 names listed; John Terry and Gary Cahill.
Better times.
BUT are they really a disgrace - or is it the wretched setup both within football and in both national and EU politics which has forced them into this? Little wonder England struggles to put together a decent team - innit?
