A new report from 'religion and society' think tank, Theos, argues that
'Christian faith provides a much firmer foundation for humanist beliefs than
evolutionary atheism'. The Case for Christian Humanism suggests that atheism 'saws
through the branch on which humanism sits'. Unsurprisingly, the report has
attracted strong criticism from the British Humanist Association whose chief
