Tax - Similar In The UK.

Remind me again how taxing the better off at a much higher rate than at present is a workable model. Naturally, this would also contain no element of disincentivisation and no - why would people want to repatriate their money to lower tax economies? Leftist economic thinking is borderline insanity.
