Why do thoroughly decent people support the left? - It is because so very many THINK that it forms the 'nice and kind side of politics'.
They are about as wrong as anyone could ever be. Apart from the raving, racist Nazi right - of which, happily, very few exist in the UK - the left is one mass of bitterness, resentment, ire, malice, jealousy as well as out and out hatred.
What I wholly fail to understand is how they manage to 'sell' their venomous wares so easily.
What they are offering is toxic, illogical, nation-destroying bile. Yet they get a good press.
One silly comment from UKIP or a Tory, however, brings down a wrath not too far short of hell itself.
