Cannabis smokers may be two-and-a-half times more likely to suffer a stroke 'because compounds in the drug can narrow blood vessels in the brain.'
Researchers from the George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, analysed 43,000 adults between 2016/17. They found cannabis users were two-and-a-half times more likely to suffer a stroke. Mail.
