Blogger: I would guess that the judge had settled on an absurdly lax 12 year sentence and Ali got a third off for 'an early guilty plea' - although how that is justifiable is almost beyond belief.
Let us not forget that the remnants of this sentence will probably be halved in terms of time actually served.
There should be a minimum sentence of five years, consecutive, for ALL drivers who cause a police pursuit.
What Is The Value of Two Human Lives?
