Blogger: the very largest missing piece in this interesting jigsaw lies in the absence of reassurances that the huge waste of funding going into the NHS is not being addressed:
A massive bureaucracy.
Funding political correctness.
Overspends on product buy ins.
The absurd costs of employing agency staff etc, etc.
Why no mention of more training places for doctors, nurses and paramedics?
