Newspaper-style headlines:-
"Mum jailed for shaking baby to death."
"Dad jailed for attacking toddler son with knife."
"Mum and Dad starve three year old to death with abusive treatment over months."
Blogger: every headline of this type adds even more horror to atrocities. Mums don't butcher their children, Dads don't beat them to a pulp.
These lowlifes are not fit to bear titles such as Mum and/or Dad! Could we please refer to them as fathers and mothers rather than to grant a cosy title to people who are wholly unworthy.
All papers seem to do this but those aimed at working class people are the worst.
WHY? What is the purpose of this?
