A fiery debate has erupted on Good Morning Britain today over whether pet cats should wear bells to stop them from killing birds.
Seasoned hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls appeared astonished by the arguments raised by 'bird lover' Sally Jones and British journalist Flora Gill - who exclaimed she would 'slaughter 1,000 birds if it would keep my cat happy!'.
Things descended into further chaos when Sally admitted she used 'air rifles' to 'shoot' and kill mice from her daughter's bedroom window - therefore rendering cats obsolete. DM.
