Merit Is The ONLY Way By Which Fairness For All Can Ever Be Achieved in Employment and Beyond.

 As someone who is never other than a 100% supporter of equality for women I do have observations which I believe are vitally important:

1) Special treatment of women in order to balance up perceived inequalities is morally wrong.

2) Quotas are reprehensible.

3) Failing to employ the best person for any job must never, ever occur.

4) A lot more women than men preach in my own Church - which is fine. Why? - Because they are truly excellent!

5) Look what has happened with so many of Labour's highly placed women - they are execrable. (To be fair, though, the men are pretty awful too.)

6) A meritocracy is the ONLY fair way forward!

The same criteria must also apply where race issues arise.
