Dear All, As you get to know Joseph, I’d love to give you a deeper insight into his community and the Compassion project he attends. With your support, Joseph is part of a loving Compassion project run by the local church. Children and young people typically meet on Saturdays, often in the church or in a building nearby where they enjoy a vibrant and nurturing environment. Project days are always buzzing with excitement. It’s here Joseph will learn vital life-skills, participate in crafts, sport and group activities, enjoy nutritious snacks or meals, and write his letters to you. What’s so powerful about partnering with the local church is their deep understanding of their community. This allows them to shape project activities to meet the specific needs of the children, families, and neighbourhoods they serve—making the programme truly impactful. Take a moment to learn more about Joseph’s community and project.Through the Compassion UK App, or by logging onto myCompassion, you’ll find a map of the local area, weather updates, photos and messages from the in-country Compassion teams. I hope this provides you with the tools you need to pray effectively for Joseph and his family. If you’ve not already done so, download our app today and join thousands of other supporters who are better connected to the children they sponsor. As always, we’d love to hear from you if you have any questions. You can find our contact details here, or you can simply reply to this email. Thank you for partnering with us.
