Michael Gove.

Secretaries of State for Education in the past have tended to be the 'lame ducks' of the Cabinet.
I just have a feeling that Michael Gove may just turn out to be a notch better than the norm. Even so - with standards so low in the former holders of this post that would only raise him to 'average'. At the moment, I think I would probably settle for that!
