Nice One, Boris.

'Britain should refuse to contribute to a second bail-out of Greece and the country should be allowed to default on its debts and leave the euro, Boris Johnson has said.' (Telegraph.)
If our next door neighbour wilfully overspends his budget and then faces bankruptcy - surely, even as the best of loving neighbours - we do not attempt to pay off their foolishly incurred debts for them, do we? That is hardly the scenario outlined by Jesus.
Even the prodigal son is welcomed back in love - however, he does not share in his brother's physical inheritance. He has had that chance and squandered it! In tangible terms - all he gets is a nice barbecue.
