For those who argue that 'there is no place for corporal punishment in a civilised country' - perhaps they might care to explain how you deal with the verminous thugs who cut the feet off these two parrots and left them to bleed to death.
I am utterly fed up of the 'do-gooder' response that they need psychiatric 'help'.
What we are dealing with here is evil - pure and simple. There is no 'cure' for a sociopath and it is folly to pretend otherwise.
All you can do is to control them. They do have a sense of self preservation and so deterrent punishments are singularly appropriate.

One with a sense of justice and a love of how Singapore would have dealt with this - that's who!'But you are a Christian!' Snivel, whimper, simper!
YES. And them receiving proper and due earthly punishments, no way precludes me for praying for such people - which I still do!
