Going Dutch?

Dutch MPs recently voted to retract a motion, passed in 1980, that obliges the government to interpret the Dutch Constitution in a way that does not “hinder the European integration process”. De Volkskrant reports that Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans declared last week that the move wouldn’t have any practical consequences.
