Kosovo & The Falklands.

There is a tremendous double standard being applied by a variety of countries to the non-issue of The Falklands.
I have covered many times on this Blog as to why the Argie claim to the islands is completely duff.
Now, let us consider Kosovo. The self same nations who were screeching for Kosovo to be recognised as a country in its own right based on the wishes of a majority of the population - were happy to ignore how that majority had occurred.

The population of Kosovars were expat Albanians who arrived there  by simply walking onto somebody else's land a 100 years after the Falkland islanders had taken root on those, then largely unwanted isles.
If the Argentinians want to use the arguments which they are currently proffering - I am sure that they will be wanting S. American countries to be returning all they possess to the remnant Maya, Inca, Aztec and indian peoples.
The duplicity they employ is breathtaking.
