Believers And 'Their Crutch'.

Three times recently I have read that 'Believers are in the happy position of being able to abdicate all their responsibilities to God' - or some slight variant.
Just how out of touch with Christianity and reality of belief is this load of donkey droppings?
40 or 50 years ago when belief was the norm, nobody would have ever suggested such trite rubbish.
FYI dear uncomprehending atheists - Christians actually end up with far MORE responsibilities. 'Easy way out?' - Could you be more wrong?
