Oxfam.

Oxfam claims that 'dodgy tax havens' cost EU governments €120 billion a year in lost tax revenues.
They claim that the total figure 'concealed' in the EU itself is likely to be around 9.5 TRILLION euros out of 14 trillion worldwide.
