The Conservative party is descending into civil war as 100 Tory rebels prepare to defy Cameron on EU.
I shall believe these people when they sign up to 'Better off Out' - and the vast majority have not! Eurosceptics or manipulators of voters - who can know? Stay safe - VOTE UKIP - you know their stance!
