Max Clifford - Justice?

So. The repellent Mr Clifford got eight years. At first sight, the sentence seems quite reasonable - but was it, within a broader context?
Earlier this year, a rapist was reported locally as having attacked and raped a woman in a churchyard for which he received the disgracefully low disposal of just four years and eight months. There are myriads of similar examples - just in South Yorkshire alone.
If Clifford got, what is deemed to be a reasonable sentence, then surely people who have committed rapes as described should be receiving thirty years. All sentencing, to some extent, has to be comparative.
